Crystalised IT looks after businesses of 15 to 150 people across South and West Wales. We work with each business for the long term, learn how it runs and show our working at every step.
Our story
Crystalised IT exists because buying IT support is harder than it should be. Prices are rarely published, response times are often averages rather than commitments, and many businesses only find out what their provider did when something goes wrong.
We set out to run IT support the way a growing business runs everything else: with clear prices, targets in writing and a record of the work. Every business we support gets a named account lead and the same small team of engineers, who learn how it runs and plan its IT a year ahead.
We work with firms of 15 to 150 people across South and West Wales, and we want to work with them for years. That means earning each renewal by showing what we did, what it achieved and what comes next.
How we work
- 01We stay with you. The same account lead and engineers, year after year.
- 02We publish our prices. Plans, terms and extras are on the site.
- 03We put response times in writing, with a credit when we miss them.
- 04We report every month on what we did and what needs doing next.
- 05We explain in plain English, and write down any cost before work starts.
- 06We tell you when you don't need something, even if we sell it.
Where we work
Engineers on site across Cardiff, Newport, the Vale, Bridgend, the valleys, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire get remote support plus scheduled visits.
