Every call reaches the right person, wherever they work. Analogue and ISDN lines switch off on 31 January 2027, so we move your numbers to Teams Phone or a hosted system and check everything else on the old lines.

Phone faults go to the same team as your IT, under the same response times.
The switch-off
What happens on 31 January 2027
Openreach is retiring the analogue phone network. Lines that have not moved by then go onto a temporary emergency service. Moving early means you choose the date and test everything first.

Monthly price per user, handsets and any one-off costs, in writing.
Set up and test
New system built and tested alongside your old one.
Numbers moved
Your numbers port on an agreed day, usually without downtime.
Common questions
Will we lose our phone numbers?
No. Your existing numbers move to the new system.
Can we use Teams for calls?
Yes. If you already use Microsoft 365, Teams Phone is often the simplest choice. We will tell you if a hosted system suits you better.
Do we have to change before January 2027?
Lines that have not moved by then go onto a temporary emergency service. Moving before then lets you test everything and choose the date.
