Managed plans cover IT support and security for one price per user. Business phone lines, Cyber Essentials and AI projects are priced separately, and every price is below.

Terms
Minimum 10 users. 12-month term. No setup fee on a 12-month term. Add or remove users each month.
Not included
Microsoft 365 licences, new hardware, servers, extra office sites and project work. We quote these in writing after the Clarity Check.
Service levels
How fast we respond, in writing
Times run from your call or ticket. Each month's Clarity Report shows how we did against every target.

Business hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Critical calls are covered 24/7 on Managed Secure. Each missed critical response takes 5% off that month's fee. Miss targets two months running and you can leave on 30 days' notice.

Before you ask
Who counts as a user?
Anyone with a work email account. Shared mailboxes and devices with no regular user are free.
What happens to our current provider?
We contact them, collect what we need and manage the handover. You only need to give notice.
Do you support Apple devices?
Yes. Macs, iPhones and iPads are managed alongside Windows at the same price.
We are under 10 people. Can you help?
Our plans start at 10 users. For smaller teams we can quote Cyber Essentials, business phone lines and AI projects on their own.
