Privacy notice
Who we are. Crystalised IT is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us about it at hello@crystalised-it.co.uk.
What we collect. When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, how many people use a computer at work, the topics you tick and anything you write in your message. Only your name and email are needed; without them we cannot reply.
Why we use it. We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange and carry out a Clarity Check. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked us to contact you, and we use your details only for that.
Who receives it. Enquiries are stored in our website database, hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the data for us under contract. When you visit any page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.
Transfers outside the UK. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK-US data bridge or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum in their data processing terms. Email us for more detail.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, your client agreement sets how long we keep your details.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or ask us to restrict how we use them. You also have the right to object to us using your details on the basis of legitimate interests. To use any of these rights, email hello@crystalised-it.co.uk. We do not make any automated decisions about you.
Complaints. If you are unhappy with how we have used your details, please tell us first at hello@crystalised-it.co.uk and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF, telephone 0303 123 1113, ico.org.uk.
Cookies. This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for our own staff when they use the website admin.
